I’m very excited to start the onboarding process for this fantastic journey and experience to Taiwan. Personally, I’m excited to immerse myself in a new culture, new religion, and everything new! I can’t wait for everything that’s about to unfold, and I’m thrilled at all the sights I’ll see and stories I’ll have to share with close family and friends.

However, despite my feelings of excitement, I’m also a little bit nervous and scared for what’s to come. There are these little thoughts, such as “What if I don’t like it as much as I thought I would?” or “What if the way I do things conflicts very hard with how things are done in Taiwan—communication, and all that!” But I’m determined to push these thoughts aside and go out with an open mind, ready to learn and accept, broadening my horizon and coming back a newly grown Woman!!
